PURPOSE:To make a remolding work phased by dividing the work into a first period work for replacing an existing control board and an existing electric motor with new ones and a second period work for replacing an existing hoisting machine with a new hoisting machine using a new electric motor so that normal operation can be performed between both the works. CONSTITUTION:In a first period work, check of an existing line related to a machine room, removal of an existing control board and an existing electric motor, erection of a new control board, mounting of a new electric motor on an existing hoisting machine, and wirings of the machine room connections and around a cage are conducted. Thus, after the first period work, an elevator can be normally operated. Then, in the next day and time possible to stop the elevator, cage hanging, disconnection of the new electric motor, removal of an existing decelerator, mounting of a new decelerator, lowering of the cage, and mounting of a new electric motor on a new hoisting machine are conducted so that the elevator can be normally operated again. Thus, the working interval can be divided by utilizing holidays, and the remodeling work can be performed by stages. |
