发明名称 ANTISTATIC POLYESTER FIBER
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain the subject fiber excellent in drapeability by carrying out conjugate spinning of an aromatic polyester containing titanium oxide as a sheath component and the aromatic polyester containing specific two components as a core component and then subjecting the resultant conjugate yarn to weight reduction treatment with an alkali. CONSTITUTION:An aromatic polyester containing titanium oxide is used as a sheath component and the aforementioned polyester containing 1-10wt.% polyoxymethylene-based polyether, expressed by the formula (Z is residue of an organic compound having 1-6 active hydrogens and <=300 molecular weight; R<1> is >=6C alkylene; R<2> is H, 1-40C monofunctional hydrocarbon, etc.; k is 1-6; 1 is an integer providing (kX1) with >=70; m is >=1) and having 5000-16000 molecular weight and 0.1-5wt.% organometallic salt is used as a core component to carry out conjugate spinning. The resultant sheath-core conjugate fiber is then subjected to weight reduction treatment with an alkali so as to provide (5/95)-(50/50) area conjugate ratio of the core/sheath. Thereby, recessed parts and titanium oxide particles are formed in a raised state on the surface of the sheath component to afford the objective antistatic polyester fiber excellent in durability.
