PURPOSE:To obtain the title sheet suitable for wall material, floor covering material and ceiling material, having a fine view, flame retardance and electromagnetic wave shielding effects by blending pulp composed of an aromatic polymer with electrically conductive fibers in a specific ratio and making paper by a wet paper making method. CONSTITUTION:70-5wt.% aromatic polymer (e.g. aromatic polyamide) is blended with 30-95wt.% electrically conductive fibers (e.g. metallic fiber or carbon fibers) and made into paper by wet paper making method and then preferably processed under heating and under pressure to give the objective sheet.
