PURPOSE:To obtain a styrenic resin composition improved in light resistance and flame retardancy by mixing a styrenic resin with a halogenous flame retardant and a polyamide resin. CONSTITUTION:100 pts.wt. styrenic resin (e.g. ABS resin) is mixed with 3-50 pts.wt. halogenous flame retardant (e.g. tetrabromobisphenol A), 0.1-5 pts.wt. polyamide resin (e.g. nylon-6) and optionally a plasticizer, a heat stabilizer, a UV absorber, a dye or a pigment, a reinforcement, etc. |
