PURPOSE:To obtain the title sheet which can give foam of excellent accuracy of thickness by extruding a composition comprising a synthetic resin and a thermally decomposable blowing agent into a sheet and annealing this sheet under specified conditions. CONSTITUTION:A composition comprising a synthetic resin (e.g. low-density PE) and a thermally decomposable blowing agent (e.g. azodicarbonamide) is extruded in to a sheet and annealed by heating to a temperature higher than the melting point of the synthetic resin while fixing the sheet so that it may not deform in the direction of the surface. |
