<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a dessert of a persimmon having homogeneous sweetness and capable of providing flavor essential to the persimmon without any dispersion in color by peeling the persimmon, freezing the peeled persimmon and then pickling the frozen persimmon in honey. CONSTITUTION:The objective dessert is obtained by peeling a persimmon, freezing the peeled persimmon, destroying tissues thereof and pickling the resultant persimmon in prepared honey.</p> |
