PURPOSE:To manufacture an integral skin foam(ISF) molded product without making use of halogenated hydrocarbon as a foaming agent, by a method wherein a decomposing type foaming agent is used, a decomposing temperature of the decomposing type foaming agent is set up at a specific temperature, a surface temperature of a product part is set up at a temperature lower by at least a fixed temperature than the decomposing temperature and reaction injection molding is performed. CONSTITUTION:A decomposing temperature of a decomposing type foaming agent is set up at 150-70 deg.C by a decomposition acceleration assistant by making use of the decomposing type foaming agent and reaction injection molding is performed by setting up a surface temperature of a product part at a temperature lower by at least 20 deg.C than the decomposing temperature. With this construction, a center side of the product part becomes 150 deg.C by heat of reaction, the foaming agent is decomposed and becomes a core layer 1 in a foamed state. On the other hand, since the surface side of the product part is far lower than the decomposing temperature of the foaming agent by a cooling action of the mold and the foaming agent is not decomposed, a skin layer 3 is formed and an ISF molded product can be manufactured without making use of halogenated hydrocarbon as the foaming agent. |
