<p>Panel comprises a core of an incombustible foam filling a honeycomb of resin impregnated paper or pref. metal, the core being sandwiched between two layers of particle boards, pref. with intervening layers of glass, asbestos or steel fibre impregnated with a self extinguishing grade binder resin. The particles board is screened, pref. by aluminium foil/kraft paper laminates, overlaid in turn with (another) layer of cloth (glass, asbestos, steel) and covered with fire retardant paint, wood or incombustible (polyester) gel coat.</p> |
