TRANSACTION PROCESSING

摘要

A terminal for processing transactions (e.g. a telephone operator terminal) has separate data and instruction keys, and can accept either data or instructions. The data entry routine is recursive, and when an instruction is entered it can call the data entry routine (from within the routine) to obtain data. Calls are represented graphically on the screen with an indication of connection state.
