<p>PURPOSE:To take out parts used in plural products together from a parts storage rack, in the parts to be taken out from the parts storage rack, by computing the number of parts to be used by part items and product items. CONSTITUTION:A take-out sorting control computer 3 writes a file sent through a network 1 in a take-out plan file 19. In the take-out plan file 19, products items are summarized taking parts items as a key code. The take-out plan file 19 is re-arranged so that the driving time of a box storage part 37 in a rotary type part storage rack 17 by utilizing a warehouse structure file 18. After that, an operator inserts an IC card 20 into an IC card issuing device 21 to push the keys of a keyboard 13. A take-out sorting control computer 3 takes out the product items of sorting boxes loaded on a sorting carriage from the take-out plan file 19 by the key inputting on the keyboard 13, and outputs it to the IC card 20 through the IC card issuing device 21.</p> |
