PURPOSE:To have a sufficient spring constant and amount of stroke and improve the heat emitting efficiency by interposing a spring with small wall thickness prepared separately between a pair of plates having a comparatively large thickness. CONSTITUTION:A bellows-shape spring part 28 is interposed between a face plate 24 and a base plate 26 and is electron beam welded to the face plate 24 and base plate 26, and thereby a resilient heat conductor 22 for cooling is formed. Because fabricated through contraction process, the spring part 28 can have a thickness of several hundreds of mums, and a large spring constant can be obtained. The face plate 24 and base plate 26 can be fabricated separately in a thickness of several mms by machining process. Thereby gap generation is prevented between the top of the heat conductor for cooling 22 and the inner cylinder 16 of a vacuum cooling vessel. This will improve the heat conducting efficiency remarkably and allow cooling an infrared sensor sufficiently to the capacity of a circulative cooling machine.
