<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a stapled document and a non-stapled document by one processing by providing a stapling bin indicating means performing stapling by a stapling means made movable to the position corresponding to a bin having papers to be stapled received therein and a control means allowing the stapling means to perform stapling processing only to the papers of the bin indicated by the stapling bin indicating means after the guide of papers is completed. CONSTITUTION:A stapling sorter 10 is equipped with a CPU 35 as the control center. When the stapling sorter 10 is connected to a copier main body 1, the CPU 35 on the side of the sorter is connected to the CPU 36 on the side of the copier main body and control data or a control command is given from the CPU 36 on the side of the copier main body. An ROM 37 having an operation program stored therein, an RAM 38 having various flags, registers or data necessary for control temporarily stored therein and an operation panel 39 are connected to the CPU 35 on the side of the sorter. A processing means performs stapling processing only to the papers received in the bin indicated by a stapling bin indicating means.</p> |
