发明名称 STOPPING METHOD OF AC MAGNETIC FLOAT
摘要 PURPOSE:To stop a magnetic float at a predetermined position with high accuracy by applying a single-phase AC voltage for floating and a three-phase AC voltage for advancing or retracting onto a plurality of AC electromagnets for carrying the magnetic float for each section split in the carrying direction with a predetermined length. CONSTITUTION:A carry path is sectioned into a plurality of units A-D along the carrying direction. The length L of the units A-D is set several times as long as the length l of a carrying body 2 and a series of electromagnets 1a comprising a plurality of electromagnets 1 is constituted in each unit A-D. The series of electromagnets 1a in each unit A-D is excited with a single-phase AC voltage for levitation and a three-phase AC voltage for advancing and retraction. When the carrying body 2 arrives from unit A to point S upon excitation with the advancing three-phase AC voltage in units B and C, for example, the retracting three-phase AC voltage is applied on unit D. Consequently, the carrying body 2 is subjected to retracting force and stops at a position where the retracting force is balanced with the advancing force of the unit C. According to the constitution, the carrying body 2 is stopped at a predetermined position with high accuracy.
