PURPOSE:To describe an arbitrarily designated partial network schematic diagram and a general network schematic diagram by preparing diagram management information of one general network schematic diagram representing interrelation between an entire network diagram and the position of a plurality of partial network schematic diagrams. CONSTITUTION:A network area designating means 2 designates areas in a distribution line diagram. A part of thus designated distribution line diagram is displayed on a CRT and a network schematic diagram management information preparing means 3 then prepares central coordinates of the display on the screen, reduction rate and rectangular data diagram management information which is then stored in a management information memory means 4. An entire edition means 5 determines maximum and minimum coordinates at the end point of the diagram in a describing area based on the diagram management information. For example, an area including three points P1(minimum X and Y), P2(X2, maximum Y) and P3(maximum X, Y3) is selected as the rectangular data of the entire area. |
