PURPOSE:To diversify the purpose by controlling first and second carrying means so that the carrying path of a transaction medium from a storage means to a taking-out part passes either of a magnetic processing means and a printing means or circulates through both of them. CONSTITUTION:When a transaction medium K provided with both of a part to be subjected to magnetic processing and a part to be subjected to printing processing is sent from a storage means 33 to a first carrying means 5, a control means 7 controls first and second carrying means 5 and 6 so that the carrying path of the transaction medium K from the storage means 33 to a taking-out part 32 passes either of a magnetic processing means 3 and a printing means 4 or circulates through both of them. Consequently, the transaction medium K is only magnetically processed in the magnetic processing means 3 for the part to be subjected magnetic processing or is subjected to only printing processing in the printing means 4 for the part to be subjected to printing processing or is subjected to magnetic processing and printing processing in order or is subjected to printing processing and magnetic processing in order. Thereafter, the transaction medium K is carried out to the taking-out part 32. Thus, the purpose is diversified.
