<p>PURPOSE:To perform a continuous and automatic pull-off work and to shorten a working time by exposing the one end of an unnecessary pipe buried in a ground to the interior of a vertical shaft, squeezing the one end to bend it upward, pulling it off in a pull-off direction, releasing the unnecessary pipe from nipping, returning it to its original position, and cutting it simultaneously with squeeze when a pull-off length attains a given value to take out the unnecessary pipe. CONSTITUTION:An unnecessary pipe 2 is separated away from a branch part by excavating a vertical shaft 3, and an unnecessary pipe 2 is cut at a road end. A pipe pull-off device 1 is installed in a manner that a front plate 5 makes contact with a side wall 3a of the vertical shaft 3 in a state that a pipe squeezing cutting cylinder 15 is contracted. When a switch SW is turned ON, the pipe squeezing cutting cylinder 15 is expanded, the unnecessary pipe 2 is squeezed to form a squeezed part 2c, and a pulled-off part 2b is bent upwardly. Through expansion of a cylinder 6 for pulling-off a pipe, the unnecessary pipe 2 is pulled off. When pull-off is completed, the pipe squeezing cutting cylinder 15 is contracted. The squeezed pulled-off part 2b is bent at a given angle, When operation is repeated 8-10 times, simultaneously with squeezing of the unnecessary pipe 2, the pipe is cut and discharged to the outside of the vertical shaft 3 by means of an input.</p> |
