摘要 PURPOSE:To improve the expressing ability of the electronic musical instrument by detecting a chord based upon plural specified pitches, correcting the pitches and/or loudness of the constituent sounds of the chord through player's operation, and generating a musical sound signal with the specified pitches and the corrected pitches and/or loudness. CONSTITUTION:A chord detecting means 10 detects a chord according to plural pitches specified by a pitch specifying means 14. Correcting means 17 and 18 correct the pitch and loudness (loudness balance) according to the manipulated variable of an operation means 14 so as to eliminate the beats of the chord. The corrected quantities are supplied as parameters to a musical sound signal generating means 20. The musical sound signal generating means 20 corrects the pitches specified by the pitch specifying means 14 according to the parameters inputted from the correcting means 17 and 18 and controls the loudness with the parameters inputted form the correcting means 17 and 18 to generate the musical sound. Therefore, the pitch and loudness corrections based upon the chord detection can be made as the player intends. Consequently, the expressing ability of the electronic musical instrument is improved.
