<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a brilliant tape, which is machined easily and has excellent strength and brightness, by bonding and polymerizing a thinly molded synthetic resin film on a deposited metal film transferred to an ethylene-copolymer resin layer, coating the synthetic resin film with adhesives and polymerizing a base material resin sheet. CONSTITUTION:A deposited metal film 4 composed of a metal such as aluminum is applied on the surface of a synthetic resin mold release layer 3. An ionomer resin sheet 6 is laminated and molded on a surface while interposing a molten ethylene-copolymer resin layer 5 on the surface of the deposited metal film 4. A synthetic resin film 2 is peeled together with the synthetic resin mold release layer 3, and the deposited metal film 4 is bonded firmly with the ethylene-copolymer resin layer 5. A synthetic resin film 8 molded in thickness thinner than the synthetic resin film 2 is cemented and polymerized again while interposing adhesives 7 to the deposited metal film 4, and adhesives 9 are applied and interposed to the synthetic resin film and a base-material resin sheet 10 having the same quality as a molding A is polymerized and molded.</p> |
