TONER FOR MAGNETIC RECORDING

摘要

PURPOSE:To allow the formation of images having good sharpness and economical production by incorporating a specific carbon black as an essential component as a coloring agent into the above toner and specifying the electric resistance of the toner to <=10<10>OMEGAcm. CONSTITUTION:The carbon black having 200 to 600ml/100g oil absorption, and >=800m<2>/g BET specific surface area are incorporated as the essential component of the coloring agent into this toner and the electric resistance of the toner is specified to <=10<10>OMEGAcm. The electric resistance of the toner is controlled to <=10<10>OMEGAcm without impairing the fixability and dispersibility of the toner by using the carbon black having such characteristics. Unnecessary electrostatic charge is prevented and magnetic latent images are faithfully developed by controlling the electric resistance of the toner to <=10<10>OMEGAcm. The spilling and scattering of the toner to the periphery of the image parts at the time of transfer are obviated. The images having the high sharpness without having fogging are economically obtd. in this way.
