PURPOSE:To obtain a software control circuit which can input partial pictures of input moving signals and auxiliary input moving signals fed back allowing overlapping among multiplex unit processors and give high efficiency codes of animation signals. CONSTITUTION:The synchronizing signals transmitted from the synchronizing signal line 1 are inputted to a control part 13 of the unit signal processors 3-6. The control part 13 identifies the time when the time when the signal belonging to an intake partial picture area allocated in advance is transmitted to an animation input signal line 2 and auxiliary animation signal line 8 and informs an intake part 10 as intake signal. The intake part 10 takes in the input and auxiliary input signals to be transmitted to a signal line 2 and signals line 8 and stores them. The control part 13 also detects the output time from the predetermined processing partial picture area and gives the output command signal to an output part 12, and the output part 12, on the basis of the output command signal from the control part 13, sequentially-outputs the data processed and written by a processing part 11, coding signals to a signal line 7 and decoding signal to a signal line 8. |
