Sulfonazide isocyanate compounds of the formula (N3O2S-x R-NCO)y WHERE R is a polyvalent aliphatic radical and x and y are integers from 1 to 10 are used to adhere polymers to substrates selected from siliceous materials, metals and other polymer substrates. Rubber tires are reinforced with polyester tire cord which has been modified with a sulfonazide-isocyanate compound. |
