<p>PURPOSE:To always obtain an effective tracking state and to prevent the generation of noise on a reproduced picture by forming a false CTL signal in each count of N capstan FG signals. CONSTITUTION:In each count of N capstan FG signals, a counter 40 outputs a pulse (false CTL signal). At the time of reproducing, an FG signal is detected from a capstan motor 11, a reproduced RF signal is detected from a magnetic tape 12 and a cylinder FG signal and a cylinder PG signal are detected from a cylinder motor 21. The motor 21 is controlled so as to be set up to the rotational frequency and a phase for reproducing in accordance with the cylinder FG signal and the cylinder PG signal. On the other hand, the phase of the motor 11 is controlled based upon the capstan FG signal and the false CTL signal so that a phase difference between both the signals is set up to a previously set value.</p> |
