PURPOSE:To prevent the impedance of a microwave transmission line from being deviated by placing a ceramic base whose ground conductors arranged vertically are inserted with a conductor pattern for a microstrip line and having a DC conductor pattern on the microstrip line conductor pattern and interconnected with a conductor wire. CONSTITUTION:The device is provided with ground conductors 7 arranged symmetrically vertically to cover a conductor pattern 6 for microstrip line together with a 1st ceramic base 2b, a 2nd ceramic base 2d arranged on the ceramic base 2b via the ground conductor 7 and having a DC use 1st conductor pattern 4a, and a 3rd ceramic base 4a placed to both sides of the ceramic base 2b and having a DC use 2nd conductor pattern 4b. Then a DC conductor wire 5 is interconnected between the 1st and 2nd conductor patterns 4a, 4b and arranged in crossing with a microstrip line conductor 6 together with the conductor patterns 4a, 4b. Thus, it is prevented that a microwave is leaked externally and the deviation of the impedance of the microwave transmission line is prevented. |
