<p>PURPOSE:To simplify purification of synthetic DNA by taking out a synthetic DNA from a carrier, eliminating a protecting group followed by using gel filtration method. CONSTITUTION:A synthetic DNA taken out from a carrier and deprotected is purified by using a disposable gel filtration type column, fractions obtained by collecting dividedly several times by passing sterilized water through the column are confirmed by measuring absorption spectrum at 300-220nm to purify the objective synthetic DNA.</p> |
