<p>PURPOSE:To initialize a RAM at the time of releasing reset by providing the one-chip microcomputer with transistors(TRs) for turning all memory cells in the RAM to selective states at the time of resetting operation and changing all the memory cells to a fixed value. CONSTITUTION:When the inverse of RST is turned to the 'L' level, phip is synchronously turned to the 'H' level, and when the phip is 'H' and the inverse of RST is 'L', the TRs 7A, 7B are turned to conductive states, the selection switches 2A, 2B of all the memory cells are made conductive and signal lines are connected to all the memory cells. At that time, a TR 8 also is made conductive and the signal lines 3 are turned to a GND level. Thereby, the signal lines of all the memory cells connected to the signal lines 3 are turned to the GND level, the data of the memory cells are changed in the fixed direction and initialized. Consequently, the initialization of the RAM based on a program can be made unnecessary.</p> |
