<p>NEW MATERIAL:A peptide (salt) having an amino acid sequence at least shown by formula I or formula II. USE:A diagnosticum for throid gland abnormal function diseases such as hyper- and hypothyroidism. PREPARATION:For example, 4-(oxymethyl)-phenylacetamidomethyl resin obtained by solid-phase synthesis is used as a carrier, and condensed with an amino acid containing alpha-amino group protected with tert. butyloxycarbonyl (Boc) group from C end side successively along with the amino acid sequence of peptide in order to synthesize a protecting group-containing peptide resin. The peptide resin is treated with anisole and ethylmethyl sulfide in liquid hydrogen fluoride, the whole protecting groups are removed and the peptide is eliminated from the peptide resin, HF is evaporated under reduced pressure, the peptide is dissolved in trifluoroacetic acid, recovered and purified by column chromatography to give a peptide shown by formula I or formula II.</p> |
