The invention relates to a bottle which is to be used especially for containing fruit juices, vegetable derivatives or similar products which have to be subjected to pasteurisation. The bottle is characterised in that it is manufactured from polypropylene or equivalent synthetic material which can resist a temperature of at least approximately 90 Degree C. The polypropylene contains suitable quantities of added olefins.
