The invention relates to an instrument making it possible to clean and degrease car windscreen wipers quickly, and thus to prevent dirtiness, grease, tar, etc. which have stayed on these blades from being redeposited on the windscreen. It consists of a reservoir (1) which can contain a degreasing liquid and of a "head" comprising two foam sponge wheels. Two hoses allow the liquid contained in the reservoir to soak into these wheels. By passing the windscreen wiper blade between these two wheels, it is immediately cleaned and degreased. The instrument according to the invention is particularly intended for motorists. <IMAGE>
