摘要

PURPOSE:To move an extremely fine particle (of size of atomic order) to an optional place with high accuracy by using semiconductor needlelike single crystal whose size is larger than the wavelength of light even at one end and smaller at the other end. CONSTITUTION:The semiconductor type needlelike single crystal 1 whose size is larger than the wavelength of light at one end and smaller at the other end is connected to a light incidence system and laser light 11 is entered into the crystal 1. The tip of this crystal is put close to the particulate 3 arranged on a plane 10 and then the trapped particulate 3 is moved to the desired position by using a moving mechanism.
