PURPOSE:To simplify application to a small-quantity multiproduct production, and achieve a mass production with reduced labor by moving first holders and second holders linearly back and forth, and regulating a distance between a peeling blade and a cutting blade of each holder. CONSTITUTION:When a slide body 5 slides along a guide rail 3 by an eccentric roller 26 of a gear interlocked and engaged with a crank mechanism, first holders 8a, 8b and second holders 16a, 16b slide inward along slide beams 11, 17. Cutting blades 4a, 4b then cut a wire W. Simultaneously, peeling blades 7a, 7b, 15a, 15b make a cut in the wire W. Feed action of the roller 25 is then inverted for pulling it back, so a strip is formed at one end part of the wire W. |
