A anodizing method for Al-Cu-Si alloy is characterized by following processes; (1) after cleaning and pretreating Al-Cu-Si alloy, etching it by the solution of 40-60 wt.% NHO3, 20-30 wt.% H2SO4 and 20-30 wt.% D.I. water; (2) chromating it by conventional method; (3) washing and drying it by hot air at 50-60 deg.C for 10 mins; (4) finally, annealing it at 110-130 deg.C for 20-30 mins. It has advantages of promoting corrosion- and wear-resisitance properties of aluminum material for automobile, aircraft and electronic industry.
