MANUFACTURING METHOD OF CLEANING SALTS FOR A METAL TUBE

The producing method of a cleaning agent is characterized by mixing 80 wt.% silicate, 7 wt.% sodium carbonate (Na2CO3), 5 wt.% sodium pyrophosphate (Na4P2P2 10H2O), 3 wt.% phosphoric acid liquor and 5 wt.% sodium triphosphate, cooling the mixture at room temp. for 1-2 hr, heat-melting it at 1650 deg.C for 12 hr, molding the molten material in the crystal-type mold, and natural-cooling the molded material. The cleaning agent is used for removing scales and rusts of the metal surface.
