Strip gride for oxide removing plant

The arrangement consists of two groups of rollers over which the strip runs. One set of rollers drives the strip while the other exerts a braking action. The drive mechanism of the driving and braking rolles nearest to each other are mechanically connected. The torque exerted by both these drives is measured. The measured values are used to regulate the hydraulic drives of the other rollers in the set.
