摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a composite material useful as bearings, etc., having improved wear resistance and reduced friction coefficients by blending polyphenylene sulfide, polyphenylene terephthalamide and polytetrafluoroethylene. CONSTITUTION:(A) Polyphenylene sulfide is supplied into a blender together with (B) about 5-20wt.%, preferably about 10wt.% polyphenylene terephthalamide (para-system having high heat resistance with 10mum averaged grain diameter, etc.) and (C) about 10-50wt.%, preferably about 30wt.% polytetrafluoroethylene and blended to afford the objective composite material. For instance, in a case when said composite material is supplied into an injection molding machine and a sliding bearing is produced, a product having improved frictional properties, reduced friction coefficients and dimensional stabilities is obtained.
