PURPOSE:To reduce the facility cost and, at the same time, to make management of audio data easier by delivering the audio data to plural communication processors from one common audio data managing device by communication when the audio data are delivered to the communication processors. CONSTITUTION:The audio data for audio response to be delivered to each communication processor 1 are stored on a magnetic floppy disk(FD) 51. An operator, etc., inputs the audio data on the FD 51 by setting the FD 51 in the drive of an audio data managing device 6 and instructs the transfer of the audio data to the communication processors 1 from the operating section of the device 6. Upon receiving the instruction, the section 6 connects one of the processors 1 through a packet network, etc., and transfers the audio data to the processor 1. By repeating the above-mentioned operations, the audio data are transferred to N sets of processor 1. Therefore, this system can be constructed economically, since it is not necessary to provide one audio data delivering device to each communication processor. |
