<p>PURPOSE:To judge feasibility of operation procedure and interference in real time by inputting plant process signals periodically and outputting on a temporary data base after a proper data conversion. CONSTITUTION:The signal from sensors set in a plant is input in real time to a plant signal input device 1. The input signal is converted to a form commonly interpreted by a plant state surveillance device 5, operation procedure administration device 6 and an output device 7, and recorded on a temporary data base 2. At step S36, the operation procedure including operation data on apparatus different in operation for an objective apparatus is judged to be an operation procedure including apparatus interfered in the usage. Next in step 37, the initial set is deleted from the queue and if the queue in the step S38 is vacant, the process is terminated. In this manner, the feasibility and interference of the operation procedure derived by an operation procedure deriving device 3 can be judged.</p> |
