The sales stand, especially for packeted foodstuffs, consists of a modular, sectional shelving wall consisting of upright columns (1) in which are slots (2). Curved cross-struts (6) are inserted by means of hooked sections (9) into the columns (1). The convex or concave cross-struts (6) are connected to the adjacent ones by means of connections (7). Separate container units (14) are placed on the cross-struts (6) by means of attachments. The upright columns (1) are spaced apart by half the width of the connecting cross-struts (6) which are positioned halfway between them.
