The temp. adjustment source (17) for the fluid the temp. of which is to be regulated is connected directly to a temp. exchange body (13) which has a flow guide (15) for fluid. The temp. exchange body comprises a plate in which groove-shaped, pref. slot-shaped and partic. zig-zag formation recesses are provided, and on both sides the plate has sealing (12) and covering (16) surfaces. As temp. adjustment source at least one, and pref. several Peltier elements (17) are provided on at least one side of the temp. exchange body (13). The adjustment device is formed as a throughflow cooling unit, the temp. exchange body (13) serving as cooling body. The Peltier elements are provided with a cooler (18), pref. a blower-cooled rib cooling body, and possibly with a fluid cooling body. USE - As a temp. regulating device, partic. for cooling fluids.
