PURPOSE:To obtain a container heatable in an electronic oven by forming a preform base material by the cold deep forming of an aluminum foil composite sheet and separately forming the plastic cover material capable of corresponding to said base material and welding both of them under heating. CONSTITUTION:A composite sheet is constituted of an aluminum foil 2 with thickness of 20-100mum and the plastic films 1, 3 laminated to both surfaces of said foil 2. The aluminum foil 2 and the plastic films 1, 2 are laminated by dry lamination. The composite sheet is subjected to cold deep draw forming to obtain a predetermined container-shape preform base material 11. Plastic is injected to prepare a plastic cover material 12 having the inner shape conforming to the outer shape of the preform base material 11. The preform base material 11 and the plastic cover material 12 are superposed one upon another and welded under heating to be perfectly integrated without leaving air in the gap between both of them. According to a material, a high frequency induction heating method or a thermal welding method due to a hot plate can be employed. |
