PURPOSE:To ensure that tube with metal foil entirely protected against corrosion and has long shelf life by allowing the metal foil to generate heat in a rondel, then coating the metal foil exposed both end surfaces with a molten stream of polyolefin resin and allowing it to cure. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical body 2 of a laminated sheet containing Al foil and a laminated sheet consisting of the Al foil and polyethylene resin layer laminated on the front and rear of the Al foil are introduced into an injection molding die with a head truncated conical rondel 6 which is obtained by compressed air and dieing-out forming. The polypropylene resin is injected to junction a head part 5 consisting of a spout neck 3 and a shoulder 4 to the cylindrical body 2 and the rondel 6 and thus a tube is formed. The tube 7 is set to a retainer R, a high frequency current is run through a coil 8 to allow the Al foil of the rondel 6 to generate heat. Subsequently, polyethylene resin on the front and rear layers becomes molten to thermally bind the rondel 6 to the shoulder 4. Further, the Al foil exposed on the end surface of the rondel 6 is coated by a molten stream of polyethylene resin and becomes hardened to obtain a tube container 1. |
