摘要 PURPOSE:To perform high density recording at high speed by laser of low output by adding a microcapsule simultaneously containing a light absorbing substance capable of absorbing irradiated beam to convert the same to heat and an adhesive capable of fixing the light absorbing substance to the surface of a support by said heat as core substances. CONSTITUTION:A light absorbing substance and an adhesive are preliminarily microencapsulated in a high viscous liquid state and, by utilizing that the wall of the obtained microcapsule raised in temp. by the irradiation with laser beam generates heat permeability, the light absorbing substance and the adhesive are discharged out of the microcapsule to fix the light absorbing substance to the surface of a support. As carbon black used in a light absorbing layer, furnace black or the like can be used and, as the component of the adhesive, an oil-soluble solvent can be used. This solvent is a high b.p. one capable of dissolving or swelling a polymer and having a b.p. of 150 deg.C or higher. As the wall material of the microcapsule, for example, polyurea or polyurethane having glase transition temp. of 60-250 deg.C and forming the wall of the microcapsule easily broken under pressure is designated.
