PURPOSE:To reduce the burr generated when a secondary resin is injected and to enhance the aesthetic appearance of a product by intermittently forming a plurality of protruding parts and/or recessed parts to the rear of a flange along the outer periphery of the flange to reduce shrink gaps generated at the time of the curing of a primary resin. CONSTITUTION:In a double injection molded body having an almost U-shape box-like cross section wherein the injection molding of a secondary resin having a different color or hardness is applied to the surface of the flange thereof, a plurality of protruding parts 1 and/or recessed parts 2 looked in a demolding direction are intermittently formed to the flange 3 along the outer periphery thereof. By this constitution, the generation of a gap between a movable mold and a fixed mold is extremely reduced and, even when the secondary resin is injected, no burr is generated. Further, effect such that appearance is not especially damaged even when the protruding and recessed parts 1, 2 are allowed to stand is obtained. Furthermore, an excessive process removing extra ribs by manual work is eliminated and the primary and secondary synthetic resin materials can be conserved. |
