PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of an inferior product due to the release of a skin body by also using a vacuum mold used in the vacuum molding of the skin body from a laminated sheet as a foaming mold without releasing the skin body. CONSTITUTION:A laminated sheet 20 is grasped by a clamp apparatus 16 to be transferred to the space between a pair of upper and lower heaters 27 and heated until properly softened. A vacuum apparatus 29 is driven and an assist plug 17 falls and the softened sheet 20 comes into close contact with the molding surface of a vacuum mold 15 to be subjected to vacuum molding. The vacuum mold 15 holding the sheet 20 is pushed by the pushing force of a cylinder 30 to be moved from a position A to a position B. The PP sheet 24 grasped by the clamp apparatus 16 and heated and softened by a heater 28 is positioned above the vacuum mold 15 by a sheet feeder 25 and the two-layer PP sheet 24 pressed by the vacuum mold 15 and a press mold 18 is integrated with the laminated sheet 20 to obtain a product. The product is released at a position C and the vacuum mold 15 is subjected to pretreatment such as the removal of impurity at a position D to be returned to the position A.
