The attachment comprises a patrix section and a matrix section, with the matrix section including a matrix body (10) defining a groove (12). The patrix section includes a patrix body (26) carrying a tongue (28) for mating with the split along a portion of the tongue, enabling displacement of the split portion of the tongue relative to the patrix body. The matrix section is provided with at least one inwardly directed rail (14) and the tongue has a notch (30) to mate with the rail. The split is in alignment with the notch and rail. Displacement of the split portion of the tongue towards the body of the patrix section causes the split portion of the tongue to clamp against the rail.
