PURPOSE:To discriminate the deviation amount between each circle by obtaining the radius of plural overlapped circle images and comparing the radii. CONSTITUTION:In the case of an overlapped circle image 5 with deviation, boundary images 5A and 5Aa are extracted. In such case, because the overlapped circles 5 have deviation, there must be difference in each value of center coordinates and radius (r) between each value obtained corresponding to the deviation between these graphics. In this case, the maximum radius is rmax and the minimum radius is rmin. That is, since whether or not there is deviation between each graphic 5 is discriminated by obtaining the radius (r) of each circle of the overlapped circle image 5, the presence or absence of the deviation between each graphic 5 can be easily grasped in numeric value. Thus, the detection of the deviation between the overlapped circle images 5 can be reliably executed at low cost. |
