PURPOSE:To make a contact feeling favorable, and improve wear-resistant and water- resisting properties, resistance to slide and moisture absorption and heat insulating properties, by a method wherein cellulose series dry pulverized aggregate and crushed cork flour at a specific ratio are mixed with each other and made into a resin-molded article in a platelike state. CONSTITUTION:Aggregate 1a and cork flour 1b are mixed with 20-70% resin for molding. The cork powder 1b is aggregate flour whose particle diameter is comparatively large and the aggregate 1a is made into cellulose series dry pulverized flour which is in 100-150 meshes. When there is necessity improving molding properties and a mixing state of the aggregate, a cellulose series material is dried less than air dry water content, damage of a fiber system part is induced, impregnation of urea series resinous solution and drying are performed, the resin is cured further through heating, drying and crushing treatment at the temperature of 100-200 deg.C, dried up to 3-5% and crushed into a fine particle diameter, a PH value of which is made into 6-7. As for this molded article, a fibrous part of wood flour is solidified with a resin material, surface slip properties becomes favorable, wear-resistant properties are improved through mixing of the cork flour, possesses moisture absorption properties and favorable soft feeling and heat insulating and water-resistant properties are improved. |
