<p>PURPOSE:To connect plural windows by an operation of moving one window in order to arrange them properly by providing a connection monitoring area in the neighborhood of the four sides of the window, and connecting two windows when one window pointed by an event inputting means reaches the connecting monitoring area of the other window. CONSTITUTION:The connection monitoring area is provided in the neighborhood of the four sides of the displayed window, and when the window pointed by the event inputting means reaches to the connection monitoring area of the other window, the two windows are integrally connected. For example, while one window is pointed and moved by a mouse 1, the position of the window is fetched in an event information obtaining part 2, and communicated to a window managing part 3. Then, when the window which is being moved gets to the connection monitoring area of the other window, the connection is operated. Thus, the two windows mutually approaching the prescribed area are integrally displayed after that, and they are moved.</p> |
