<p>PURPOSE:To permit correspondence to an input pulse width when an interruption signal is inputted either from the outside or from the inside of an LSI by selecting a state in which an input signal passes through a noise removing circuit or a state in which an input is directly made by means of a selection signal of a state storage circuit. CONSTITUTION:A CPU controls the internal storage state of a state storages circuit 3 by means of a control signal Sc or conducts interruption processing by means of the input of a signal Si. In the state storage circuit 3, an internal storage state changes by means of the value of an input signal Sc, and the state is outputted as a signal Ss. A selection circuit 5 selects either the output of a noise removing circuit 4 or an input from an input terminal TI by means of the control signal Ss, and the noise removing circuit 4 removes and outputs noise included in an input signal from the input terminal TI. Thus, the interruption signal can simultaneously correspond to an input from the outside of the LSI and to a signal from the inside of the LSI.</p> |
