<p>Plant consists of several solar panels (1,2) mounted on platforms (6) supported on floats (3) in such a way that they are raised above the level of the water and waves and are easily accessible from the platforms, by having a hinge (12) and rope pull (13) system. The solar panels generate electricity which is used to operate an electrolytic water decomposition plant (19). USE/ADVANTAGE - The plant can adapt to various sea and weather conditions throughout the year.</p>
