<p>PURPOSE:To prevent malfunction and to reduce power consumption by providing the first circuit which includes a prescribed signal to be set to a desired potential at the time of turning a power source on, the similar second circuit, and a controlling means which detects the potential of the signal of the second circuit equivalent to the prescribed signal, and sets the prescribed signal of the first circuit to the desired potential. CONSTITUTION:When it is necessary to set another potential in the case of the presence or absence of a path flowing currents to the prescribed signal (signal A) at the time of turning the power source on, a signal B (the potential is defined as VB) in the case without the path flowing the currents is set. Also, when the potential of the signal A in the case of the absence of the path flowing the currents to the signal A at the time of turning the power source on is de fined as VA, this circuit is equipped with a circuit which supplies the currents to the signal A and B in order to keep VB<=VA by recognizing that V is lower than the prescribed potential, and raises both VA and VB to the prescribed potential. Thus, the malfunction can be prevented even when the rising of the power source is delayed, and the power consumption can be reduced even in the case of existence of the path flowing the currents to the signal A.</p> |
